get a relay harness and you wont have any issues with only one bulb firing

This, along with using high quality ballasts and bulbs eliminates the misfires.

duh! why didnt i think of that? guess because ive only once used my high beams since ive had the car, forgot it turns the low beams off. thanks

if i keep having the issue ill relay them.

Yeah no problem, I do have the same problem, my left ballast doesn't ignite all the time, and I do have relays, so better ballasts are needed I believe.
