Can front driver's seat be lowered for more headroom?
I tried searching "seats" and all I found was threads on removing/replacing, not lowering.
Even though I'm only 6ft. tall, I'd feel a heck of a lot more comfortable with another 1/2 - 1" of headroom.
Can anything be physically done to the seats to lower them a bit?
Thanks

Thanks guys.
I'm pretty sure my lever is all the way down already, but I'll check again.
I'd still like a bit more headroom though (I have a sunroof too).
Maybe you guys who feel you have enough headroom have the seat tilted back a bit?
I like an upright driving position, and I think that tightens things up a bit ...

just on the left front of the seat. 6' 3" seat all the way back, all the way down, and pretty much upright, with a sunroof. I have room for a couple of fingers between me and the roof. Small fingers though... lol

Thanks for the replies everybody!
So there's nothing in the frame of the seat bottom that can be removed/cut that will safely lower it some?
What's under there anyway?

But I literally CAN NOT drive my car like that! Sitting upright is the only way I feel like I'm in control of the vehicle.
Is there nothing under the stock seat that can be manipulated to make it lower?
How hard is it to take the seat out to take a look at it? (I do not have side air bags)
Just a basic unbolt?

I have, and yes ... there's more head room that way.

Driving "gangsta" style makes me feel like I have no control over the vehicle. LOL
And with the seat adjusted all the way down (sitting upright) I barely have 2 fingers of headroom.
Too close ...
