It isn't functional. You will get maybe 1 full turn out of your steering wheel before they hit you fenders. My drag radials stick out roughly an inch maybe an inch and a half past the fenders. Its like Austin Powers and the transport cart when I try to make the 90* turn into the staging lanes. It looks ok, but it really hinders drivability.
