OK guys, im painting my car again. Last year my car was broken into and my Eclipse head unit was taken but in the process that body got some damage to. So anyway i got the windo w replaced and in the process the guys said he owned a body shop too. He told me he would do great work fixin the dents and painting it. I took his word for it and basically got Screwed. MY 1 month year old son squeezes out better looking crap then the paint job this guy did. Anyway finally getting it repainted it over. Its going to be black with silver flake. what do you guys think. Here are some pics of the car and the progress so far

matte black paint finish. pretty much, everything is black. like rob's trailblazer from rob n big. (pic shown above)

thats kind of funny because the tires are so thin that you cant really tell in the pics unless you look at it. what size are those tires?

 

yea that tire has a slow leak in it im not sure where the hell it is cause i can never find it.

the tires are 215/35/19

i figured thats what u meant. the flat looks good but when i look at my car i lke to see my reflection look back..lol I just hope the black with silver flake comes out cool.

 

black with silver flake is always just gonna look like a dirty black car. ive tried it on my old cavalier. i would say aanother variant of black would be a better choice.

get black with blue flake. silver would look like theres dirt all over your car. if u do blue it will look like a smurf jizzed on it! THAT WOULD BE COOL!

 

The flay black sounds good with the metalic black stripes

either that or it would look like i was doing donuts in the smurf village and just gunning them down...lol.

Ill be getting the car back on Saturday eventhough she will be done on Tuesday. Its just an hour and a half away from where i live so with work by the time i get there they will be closed. I just hope it looks good. A few people are saying the the silver flake willmake tha car look dirty ...i hope that not the case. I would think that with a good wax on it it will shine really good especially in the sun. But i could be wrong because i never had silver flake b4. i will post pics as soon as i get her back. I should be having Butterfly doors put in soon. bought Playswitcars set.
