Sweet Jon how did the garage inspection go?

 

Mine passed and I have things moved back into it. But they r saying my buddy failed so he is fighting it out with them since he drives a lotus and can park that thing damn near anywhere

 

Man I never heard of a garage inspection. Is that like a city ordnance? Or renting thing or like do they inspect cause your in like a condo? Or like gated community. I'm guessing it has to deal with so the area looks nice. They don't have stuff like that where I live.

 

Lol its the area. Its a gated apartment complex in the middle of everything. In lease it states u should b able to park a car in ur garage. And parking sucks if ur not home by 5. Never had this back in NY

I was going to have to say it sounded like rules of a gated community. where my parents live in Florida it's like that And they live in a house. Its just so the area stays presentable and what not. It shouldn't really matter thou its not like its on your lawn for everyone to see. It's behind closed doors.
