They can be done in silver however due to the fact that it would require that we order material just for that it would cost about 30.00 more. Also just so you are aware the silver is not carbon fiber. It is a fiberglass coated with aluminum. Once we get a full test fit with the carbon fiber caps done along and verified ready to make we would be willing to do a set. However you would have to prepay due to the fact we would have to special order the silver and time to complete would be extended a bit.

prototype ones didn't come out perfect. we r just using them as test fit and perfecting laying the cf so there isn't any air bubbles or dry spots. we layed 1 more cap last nite but are currently all out of material. we have enough material on order to do about 8 sets. once we get those rolling we will order up some more material to take care of the rest.



and fyi since these sets need to be test fitted everytime, my car is gonna b the test fit car before any of them ship out. which means i will b the last person to get a set

 

not as easy a piece to make as u would think. but have talked about it and right now were stickin with the mirror caps and gonna expand possibly to the dash trim kit. see my other thread if interested and post up in it

Op if you haven't used it b4 be aware that the silver "cf" is much stiffer than the normal cf and doesn't confirm to curves as well. Might want to try a test with the fabric before you start pricing it.

 

Since user inquiring about the silver decided to stick with traditional no need to order and test run. But added cost would cover enough material to compensate for 1 or 2 mess ups

 

I'm down to pay that as long as ther PERFECT

 

Also hope u are clear coating these with automotive uv resistant clear coat

 

How much would it be if i ship you my stock caps to do? Either way im in but my current caps are useless.
