Cateye's Tint

I had this done on my old car.. My Beretta.. I think it looks good in some ways and some ways it looks ricy.. But it does help in the sun a little more.. Keeping the interior cooler and such..

I was thinking about doing the bottom part on my Cobalt.. I already have the top.. For those who dont know cateyes is a sunstrip on both top and bottom of windshield.. I wouldn't be getting any lettering on my windshield like I did on my Beretta.. Just the tint..

Here is some pictures of my Beretta with it.. I was just wondering what some of you would think of it..

Pic of the top one on my Cobalt

Umm...off topic...do you have any finished pictures of the beretta?

On topic...I don't like the cateye's tint. I have never liked the look of it except on Semis.

well I like it in some situations. Are you planning on putting in a banner or just some more black tint. the banners are what make them look ricey but i think if it was a black strip about half the width of your baretta it may look allright.

Nope I dont have any finished pictures.. I scrapped the idea of the Beretta once I picked up my Cobalt... I am not parting out the Beretta for funds to through into the Cobalt.. I have a better chance in shows and getting sponsors with the Cobalt then I do with the Beretta... I am sorta pissed cause I didn't finish it, but it's too late now I have already started to part it out... And I am done sinking money into it anywaz..

No I wouldn't be putting a banner in it (like I said on the top).. It would just be the tint... But ya I know what you mean PatathSS about the Semi's... You see alot of dump trucks around here with that more then you see big trucks... But I guess that is because my trucking company is around alot of places where gravel trucks run...

and the only reason we DRIVERS do it on our semi's is because it cuts out the glare off the hood and sun spots off of windshields of you 4 wheelers. it does help.. i say do it but do it in say 40% or so and it might look good
