Unhappy CCFL/LED Help

I finally got some time to install my Halo projectors and HIDs. The HIDs are working, but for what ever reason the CCFL/LEDs won't light up. They work fine when I connect them to the battery, but when I wire them into my running lights they don't work. I have rewired them 4 or 5 times (with a volt meter) and i'm 99.9% sure they are wired right. What could be causing this? Blown fuse, etc.? I'm completely frustrated. Any help would be great!
