centering gm catback outlet...

aight, kind of a random question. i have a gmpp cat-back on my ss/sc, and the tip is staggered to the far left, less than an inch from my bumper. while from the outside, everything on the bumper is fine. but way up by the muffler, where the bumper is closest to the exhaust, it is slightly warping. i took a look under there last week, pulled it over and got it centered, but it just slide back to the left.

my question is, is there any permanent way to keep it centered. the height isn't too bad, i just need it centered so it stops warping my bumper. i was thinking of putting some kind of rubber stopper as a spacer to hold it over. i can take pic's i anyone wants to see exactly what i'm talking about, i may be rambling cause i worked all night. heh.

Pics or BAN!

I had the same issue when installing my catback. Had to bend the hanger bracket, but it seems to have worked, two years later.

Just bend the bracket a little, mine did the same thing and I bent the bracket and it's been fine for 3 years.
