that was a waste of money in di-noc cf wrap.. shouldve saved up for a real cf hood imo

cf doesnt look good unless it shiny and from what i heard you can clear over this stuff and still have it look good. correct me if im wrong.

oh i get it, its just a decal to put on. How is that carbon fiber? I thought you actualy Replaced your metal hood with a carbon fiber one.

Not,"Sticker on the hood that LOOKS Carbonfibery"

Of course a true Carbon Fiber hood would probably be VERY expensive.

yeah its just a vinyl that looks like carbon fiber. people use it on interior pieces and stuff like that. idk how it holds up with weather though

How does putting on that decal decrease the weight?
Unless I'm mistaken, carbon fiber is used because
of its excellent strengh to weight ratio, being
significantly lighter then steel. So a REAL Carbon
fiber hood, would be ALOT lighter then our steel ones.

Carbon fiber hood alone won't be enough to notice a diff.. It's taking weight of the wrong side of the car anyways.
