CF Hood

As far as installing the CF hood, how does it get installed.... from what ive been reading.. i cant use the hydrolic thing because the hood is a lot lighter than the stock one? Are hood pins really necessary too?

For when I had my hood, I used the strut and had no issues...however, I think I got pretty lucky with fitment issues on mine.

id like to think hood pins are necessary. alot of sites that sell CF hoods request you get them for the added protection. lol i keep saying this but "when i get my CF hood" il be putting some low key pins and most likely remove the strut and put a normal prop rod on. but thats just me
