Lightbulb CF Spoiler Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I have had my my CA CF spoiler for about a year and there is not white fade marks on it and im guessing its oxidizing. For months i never waxed it b/c it didnt think CF had coating on it but for past few months it had been waxed and i keep it waxed.
Ive tried different things to remove it but its seems to remove it the oxidize for a llittle bit then it just comes back

I am wondering what i can use to remove it and fix it.
To let ppl know my car is in the sun 24/7 =( so that would have sumthin to do with it haha
any advice would help guys

sand it and re clear it, have a shop do it if you dont know how to paint

go to a shop, show it to them, tell them u need it sanded down, re-cleared, and to use UV resistant paint, and ask if they warranty it, which they should, if not go to a dealerships paint shop, have them re clear it and they give lifetime warranties on it i believe, aatleast at mine they do, basically needs to be re cleared, and make sure they warranty it for future fading
