Unhappy CF WING oxidizing?

Okay i have had the CF high spoiler from CA for maybe 7-9 months
and the other day I was looking at it and their is like a white hazy looking color to part of it. could this be doo to just constant time in the sun since im in Texas and its always sunny?

and is it safe to like wax CF? or could that be why is no wax?

I always waxed my CF pieces, but never had any trouble with hazing. My friend brents wing was hazy tho. He took it to the body shop and they re-cleared it. Now it looks brand new.

yeah dude just make sure it's not some wax left on it....but you should regularly wax it. also make sure it was clear coated. if not get it done. wet sand with 1000 then 1200 then use a real good rubbing compound then polishing compound.
