Check-Out This Heat Exchanger! 56K Beware

I'm Adding a Dual Pass Heat Exchanger along with a Dual Pass Endplate & a Custom made Reservoir For my Intercooler system! Sarting getting the Parts ready ie: Polishing, I Polished the Heat Exchanger then Painted the Fins Flat Black! After that I took white paint & Shaded-in the SS! I Still need to clean it up a Little when the Paint Dries, I can't wait to get it all done & Mounted.
What ya Think!

Before

After Polishing!

After Painting, The SS Fades in & out depending on the angle!

Looking good, a lot nicer than my H/E. I think that it would look even better if you had painted the "SS" on there in the factory style lettering, but I'm sure it wasn't easy to paint that it the way you did. Great job

As usual, nice polishing, but sorry man, not feeling the paint. Then again, you could be a pioneer depending on how it looks installed or even get rid of it.

I dont think its the paint...I just think its the Style of the Font...

I know its not easy to do with just paint and probably eye ballin it, but the "SS" looks too....generic.

Just my $0.02

I think I agree...if you could find a vinyl shop that could make you some that match the font and lay them over to paint, that would look better.

We will see what it looks like on the car when I Mount it, Like I said before when Installed if I Don't Like it then I'm Painting it Black with no Lettering! It is easy to paint the letters, Just Not easy to match OEM Style & No I'm Not putting on Vinlys!

If u throw some neons in the grill and light it up, it would look even sicker. Red would make it look evil.

thats actualy a good idea cobalt..but i had a bit of a better idea.

Keep it black, possibly fix the font, but heres a good idea... throw up a small little blacklight neon or something to make that "SS" glow behind the grill...thatd look hawt.

I was Thinking the same thing with the Light! When we Put it up there today, The SS is Very Faint straight on. On a angle you can see it a Little, Thats what I wanted. But I Got a Black Light tube, I'll try it out to see what it looks Like. If it looks Good I'll Post a Pic!
