cobalt wheel 5 lug question

I am doing a project on a 2009 Cobalt LS and I want to know the best way to use the 18inch TC wheels as they are 5 lug. If anyone knows the best option(s) it would be appreciated.

Get hubs, rotors, calipers, etc off a tc / sc (or even a 2.4 car), rear axle assy off same - install on your car.

seriously a hub conversion. little pieces of metal that are like spacers, but convert your 4 lug into 5 lug. try ebay, forgot what they are really called.
