Two (Three) options:
1. Find a font similar to the GM letters, print it using some home-made sticker kit.
2. Find someone who already has a decal, take a sheet of paper + pencil, make a rubbing/imprint of the decal. Get something sharp like a modelling knife & trace the rubbing onto a sheet of vinyl.
3. Steal someone else's decal.

i never got a sticker when i was prem. and i also bought one never got it.... thats been over a yr

but if they arent selling the decals anymore, than you most likely wont get the vinyl included with the platinum membership
