Blue SS/SC with white lips?? can anyone photoshop it for me

hey guys... im considering doing a blue and white theme ... can someone photo shop my blue SS/SC with the lips and rims white? the wheels are stock ... email me for picsmmcintosh3000@gmail.com

I like the way it is but if u do make the lips white do the side skirts white too.

there were a couple guys who had the white SS/SC rims, they looked clean, but they all changed it cuz they didn't like keepin it clean
