Depends.

If you have glass coverage on your insurance, it should be covered for any cost beyond your comprehensive deductable.

If not, I'd say 250 or so if they have to actually replace the windshield rather than do a repair.

 

yea i got quotes and everyone said between 190 and 210 and the crack is longer then 1ft so they would have to replace the windshield

It's actually not to bad, I travel A LOT and have had a few windshields go for a few different reasons. All 3 that have been replaced have cost roughly 200 bucks, nothing major. Some insurance companies will cover it depending on your coverage, some will not.

 

yea mine will cover it but its a $500 deductable so yea if im getting one i will just buy it myself...but y is our windshield so much? my moms durango and my stepdads truck only cost 150 each and there qualty windows

 

yeah, that's about the norm.

REAR windows will cost more due to it being larger and having the defroster built into it.

 

Mine cost 300$ to replace but keep in mind it's in CAD $ so 250$ US sounds about right to me

 

well i found one for $180 installed!!! whoo hoo i get in this friday and i get brand new toyo proxes 4 put on thursday!!! but it sux cuz my HIDS from ddm tuning are taking forever
