Cruisn Goes Wingless
Wow.. the term "ricer" is being tossed around more then "pwned" and other stuff. Point is... we have all done something to our rides that some other person could call "Rice" I don't view a high-rise spoiler as "ricing" You either like it or you don't. For every person that claims its "fail" there are others who love it.
I dunno.......I kinda like the G5's with the spoiler for some reason. But I also like it wingless as I pretty much like any car wingless. Im on the fence on this one.....but since wingless G5's are almost all but non-existent, I say go for it.
I liked your car bette with the low pro wing on.
High and low are both functional...I asked the GM Performance Tech who built and tested both SS SC and TC.
They said that the SS/TC got its fastest time with the low pro wing on the Nurburg and that they used the High rise wing on short tracks. Having 2 wings as options on the production car allow them to change the wings on the test and race Cobalts.
