I have no personal problems with you, you do your thing.

I'm stating though if you handle them in a mature manner, and do things correctly DDM is a breeze to deal with. Unfortunately the population here lacks common sense and things don't go as smoothly then, and guess what? They bash the company. Just the like the bulb color issue the guy raised hell about a month ago.

At this point now I've probably put at least 10 people onto DDM, and have installed majority of those kits for them myself with no issues. That's a decent success rate thus far. When I first ordered mine and my roommate kit's they were on backorder, but came when promised and I wouldn't say a bad thing about communication.

I love their slim ballasts, the whole kit is a nice package from the wire harness to the ballasts which are easy to mount and hide.

Not only that, but they are supporting vendors on certain forums.

Hate to say it, in bigger scenes @ that. They started as pretty much a BMW vendor IIRC.

Which you do recall correctly!

When a company has over 5,000 orders in one week alone before christmas, it's going to be hard to keep up with everything when they originally started as a 3 man show. Now, they have more staffing, customer service etc. since they blew up in the market.
