did you buy a relay harness? sounds like youre not getting enough voltage to the hid ballast.

yea its a relay harness. me and my buddy are looking at it and we think we might have to splice some my wires from the actually hookup to the headlight bulb into the ballast

Into it? The power goes from car to relay harness to ballast to bulb

Their HID's suck ass. I always have a problem with one being out and it changes sides sporadically. Ive contacted them 4 times about this. THEY NEVER F***ING RESPOND. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET RID OF THESE P.O.S. HIDS and go back to my 3BSPEC ones.

can you take a pic of where you plugged the ballast to. im not talking about the wires that go to the bulb. that wire your holding is for the high beams. dont listen to the other guy im running ddm's for headlights and fogs. theyre do the job for the money.

Just give them up and return them to ddm. Go buyhids.com. High quality product, still a good price, strong warranty, out of this world customer service and you will not be the slitest bit unhappy with the outcome. I have had nothing but buyhids.com's hids since day one and only had 1 problem with a ballast shorting out. i packed it up, sent it back and had a new ballast within days no charge. I'm telling you, buyhids.com. only way to go.

DDM hids are good kits. Sorry i cant be any help on your problem, I was just lerking and had to say something because of people bashing ddm hids, I ran them in highs lows and fogs for over a year with no issues what so ever and have 3 friends that are all running the same and none of them have had any problems either. Iv never heard a LEGIT problem from them that was their fault. Im sure it probably has something to do with the way you have them hooked up

I have them spliced into my parking lights. No problem.

You know they take about 30-45 seconds to fully warm up right?
