hey, just because I'm **** i will point this out. The word "COBALT" looks like it is going upwards (left to right) compared to the "SS". You might want to take a straight line to double check that it's lined up with the "SS".

But besides that it looks good man..

Agreed, the cobalt badge on the dash is crooked. That would drive me nuts...
Yellow suprisingly looks decent. You should put lightening bolts across it too, like cc08.

I would do the silver trim on the steering wheeldark grey/black. Also, the face plates on the head unit would look good dark greay/black too. Too much yellow and it will look like big bird took a turd in youre car .. lol Looks good so far.

yea thats the problem with the climate controls is that there too much taping off to do lol. the radio i could probobly manage if i can get the faceplate off but id need a new climate control thing. so if i was gonna get new ones black would be the way to go. maybe ill call a junk yard soon

Thanks bro.

lol thanks man, but iv learned to get my flamesuit on whenever i make threads so its all good. Not everyone is gonna like what you do, and im not gonna like what they do. Some just choose to make their negative opinions public and you just gotta get used to that.

Thanks man, and yea i wanted to do that from the start. I didnt wanna leave the radio and climate control silver, i wanted to take them off and paint them yellow but as i was painting i looked and noticed that the faceplates wernt as easily removable as i hoped lol. Black would definitly look better and ill look into getting black ones but for the mean time it doesnt bother me that much. Good work on yours though bro

^Like i said, i agree, and it was the plan from the start. give me time lol. if you notice the original thread says "still not done"! lol

Changing those pieces will probobly take me some time though cause taking them apart will be a royal pain in the ass. wish there was a how-to
why did they ever do silver? lol all black although i need to fix a small part

thanks man, you have to take the radio apart, carefully... then the face comes apart from the buttons and controls then just put it together

I know a lot of people say my interior looks cool, but then there are some that don't like it because they say I went to far with the paint.
here's a few pics of mine

In this pic my handles to open the door weren't done yet, but you kinda get the point

and this is my current gauge bezel

This was how it started

^I think that looks great man. Looks real custom and nice. I like that alot. Some people are scared of change

I like to drive around my car like it was going to a car show. And I like entering it in shows. So to me, the more custom the better. As long as it looks good and follows a theme that is.

Like Liz has the black skulls all throughout her dash, and then she has them on her rims too. Thats nice.

cool.

I'm thinking of using Duplicolor adhesion promoter, Krylon Fusion, and Duplicolor clear.

Sound Good?
