Did some interior work today

I was bored and decided to cover up the horrible light tan cloth on my door panel inserts, so I used black vinyl, and painted some small pieces let me know what you think...

BEFORE:

AFTER:

I'm eventually going to do the whole interior in black and red, there will be no tan in the interior at all when I'm done, I'm just taking my time and doing it as I can afford it and get the time.

the top of the door panel wil be black and the lower half will be red, the whole interior will go with the 2 tone theme.

it's not hard there might already be a how to in here already, not sure, I was so nervous trying this cuz I've never messed with fabric or anything, I finally said screw it if I mess it up then oh well, but to my suprise it looks like a professional job, I was outside doing it and the whole neighborhood was over telling me it looked great.

I'm eventually going to get myself to do the back dash and headliner

I cant find orange leather anywhere, but i found some orange vinyl.

Would that stuff work? Or do you have any ideas on what would look better?

Vinyl would work too, it's just about the same.

It's going to look goofy for a while till I can find the time to paint everything.

soon hopefully, it's going to take a while cuz I have a busy work schedule, but I'll do a little here and there, probably the last things I'll do will be the headliner and seats, I'll keep everyone updated

Ahh gotcha, the orange doesn't look bad either, I kinda like that, I wouldn't overdo it though just the door inserts would be cool.
