Disassemble front seats

I am looking for info on how to take the back support off of the front seats. I have the panels off but I'm not sure where to go from here.

It's a pain for the record, and good luck getting the spring for the back back on. With that said, there's 3 nuts on the side of the seat by the recline adjuster that you have to take off, then pretty much just pull the studs for the back out of the side.

Ya they just pull out. Nothing else holds the back in but pressure and those 3 nuts.

Get it all apart then put back together. The front seats don't recline / push forwards when you pull the adjustment lever though, they go into a free fall making adjusting front seats difficult. Anyone know a fix for that?
