im getting dual exhuast put on my cobalt and having a macthing hole cut in the valence for right side its suppose to be done in two weeks go to body shop next week will post pics when done.

ya cobalt SS is one of the few small cars out there that REALLY look good with Dual exhausts, functional or not lol

 

I cut my rear lip. It looks good IMO

 

IMO the best looking way to do dual exhaust on this car is to get the RK Sport rear valance for a G5 and blam...sex:

 

i have that lip just need to find a shop that will do it for less than 400 lol i walked away when they quoted me that much. How bad would it be with straight pipe dual exhaust with a turbo haha?

 

Surprisingly not that bad as long as its rear exit.

 

 

i have a 2.2 so i have gm sport lip package any one have a pic of the back valence with dual exhuast

Well, it's not going to do anything for performance, but it does make the back end symmetrical. like it when it's done well. Balance is good.

 

doesnt even look all that good. but to each is their own.

 

If you do it, both sides should be hooked up, I think.

 

i think cobalts with dual exhaust looks sexy as ****

the only one i could understand is a subaru because of the boxer configuration. but when do you see the older subarus with duals? usually never..... just the latest and greatest of them. doesnt look bad and if you really wanted to you could run a true dual setup. all the rest listed not so much. i think the evos personally look like crap with the dual exhaust ans same with the neons. a proper single exhaust on the neon looks great imho. what evo except the x has a dual exhaust? i dont think any... sorry just dont think it looks right on most 4 banger cars. cobalt can pull it off some what ok just dont see the point realy whens theres already good exhausts to be had. like i said to each is their own

that totally blew over your head.... point was there is no other evo other then the x that has dual exhaust. all it is is a new fad coming in.

 

a lot of v8's and v6's dont even have true dual exhaust themselves.
