It hasn't been done much (I think only hailcaesar has done it, but only with electrical tape), but what do you guys think about the Evo grille AND the fogs. I painted these today and I like the way it looks (it still has to grow on me though, I'm just not used to seeing them black).

Thanks guys, I roughed down the original paint on the fog area and painted it with high temperature enamel paint. Same premise as I did with the front and rear grilles as well. I taped off the immediate area around the fogs with painters tape to give me an outline.

I'm ****-retentive so I measured the distance from the "Evo" grill for angles, etc. Everything was spot on. Sprayed, let dry, sprayed again, let dry and then put back in fog lights.

The more I look at it in person, the more I like it.

 

thats more of a concept eclipse grill.

the evo would be from your top grill down. looks good nonetheless.

 

I have to redo mine someday. It started to ship away alot and isn't very straight (I can't ever get these damn things straight haha) I might do that, inspired by you of course...dunno, I think I would have to see it in person before I decide if I like that or not.

Yeah, the more I'm thinking about it, black would go better overall. Paint rims, springs and remove rear spoiler are next on the "to do" list.

 

I like it minus the fog area painted. Not sure I like that. Came out good none the less tho Matt!
