Evo Mod

Should I go to a good place or maaco? Maaco is having a 50% off sale too.

What do you think?

I don't know if i'm talented enough to do it myself. Or if I mess up I don't wanna blame myself I wanna blame someone else.

Or theres temporary spray paint.
Its basically a bra for road trips that washes off with soap and water, just to see if you can do it and like it.

i used the plasti dip for mine and it has held up great for the last 2 years. no peeling, scratches, or fading. but i can peel it off whenever i want. pretty neat stuff.

you can pick it up at home depot or lowes. or where ever they sell spray paint pretty much.

I don't know about this plasti dip stuff. I'd much rather get it painted and clearcoated so it looks like it's supposed to be there.

I got a quote from a autobody shop here, they want $800 for the evo mod. They said they have to take off the bumper, sand it down the whole bumper, prime it, mask yadda yadda.

So I took my quote paper and left

I got quoted 75$ for the evo mod. Including the center bar. You sure they didn't mean to say 80$? lol

Well they were going to repaint the whole bumper. $800 is a lot to even repaint the entire bumper though.

I did mine myself. Just taped off the area, sanded, cleaned, primed, painted, & coated.

Not too hard.
