fg/carbon fiber eyelids

hey guys besides all my other projects i started making the new eyelids. this first pair are fiberglass eyelids that are almost finished. they just need some body filler/sanding/then painting. i will be making more of these in the future and also will be making them in carbon fiber. check it out:

(yes i suck at photoshop but wutever lol)

heres what i'm workin on still a noob at this so its fiberglass but the end result will be carbonfiber...any tips would be great ..love your work

did u put that over the stock part. you dont even need to really do that. you could probably wrap the stock piece without fging over it. just put a layer of resin on that piece and it tack up (get sticky without coming off on your fingers) then lay down your cf.

yea i put it over the stock part then hard a good day of dryin pulled them apart

yeah man you dont even need it. just cf over the stock part. you might want to scuff it up a little first. if this is your first cf project i HIGHLY recommend experimenting with something small first.
