Finally!!!!!!! My cf hood is on... PICS!!
I had fitment issues with my VIS hood too.
I think yours problem is the front latch. It looks like the hood sits high on both sides.
Loosen the 3 bolts that hold the latch down a bit and slide it down a bit, it's slotted for adjustment. (be careful not to move it side to side)
You will probably have to adjust the rubber bump stops too. They are threaded, simple. Put em all the way down, adjust the latch to your liking and then bring them back up to contact to the hood.
I love my VIS hood, fitment issues and all it is well built, but I still recommend hood pins. But I track my car, so I don't trust the fiberglass welded latch all by itself at 100+ mph, lol
hth, lemme know if you have any questions
Same here,,, I want one bad, but can't justify the $$$
btw, you inspired me to finally order some CF and epoxy. I just did my dash and steering wheel button. Still have some finishing work to make em perfect, but they are back in and they fit, lol

I'll hafta get some uploaded. I just got them trimmed and fitting properly but the gel is still low in some spots, so I have alot more finishing to do. The weave is spot on though. I love them, they're just so damn shiny that I see every imperfection in the gel, lol. I don't have any air bubbles, just alot more sanding to do.

How many layers of epoxy did you apply?
I have only poured 4 layers so far, think I might hafta go back for another layer or two.
I like how your button sits in the wheel better. I'm guessing you cut most of the back away, what are you using to attach it?
my ss badge is crooked, Ill hafta fix that tomorrow
