Finished Suede Inserts

Took 8 hours to paint and redo my inserts with blue suede, prob the biggest pain in the ass so far. What do you guys think of my interior?

The company that installs leather in new cars for my dealership will do the inserts for me for like $150-$200. They install a full leather interior in a new civic for $900 our cost.

Looks good man. I still want to try to do this with red leather, but I don't have the courage yet.

I don't like it. It looks like you did a good job with it, but I just don't like it. I think true colormateched leather inserts look better. Less maintenance on leather too.

But he doesn't have leather interior. Why use leather in just the door panels??

Actually, he is going for the Civic Si look with the suede door panel inserts. Its only because he wants to add a little JDM to his cobalt

I agree, I love the SS in blue with the color matched inserts. But the suede deff feels much nicer and plus i saved hundreds from not buying the SS door panels.

Thanks for the compliments guys, and theres two how to's for this already, check em out.

The inserts are made out of carbon fiber, i wonder if you stripped the fabric off these what they would look like
