Well the GM honeycomb rubber mats are like 65 bucks just for the front. Do you really need the back?

the GM floor mats are awesome, great quality and fitment. its true that they are 65 for the front and about 120 for the complete set but they are worth it.. I bought a set and they are the best floor I have ever had for any vehicle..

The GM are the absolute best. I bought the fronts and 6 months later got the backs. Best investment. I grind through mats in 6 months of driving... these have lasted 3 years

I got these ones. They are $100 but worth every cent. These are for the fronts only though.

Why not Lloyd's mats? I have their custom stitched carpet ultimats and they fit beautifully. They make rubber ones, too..here is their regular page but there are tons of other online outlets that sell them for varying prices...

They are made to fit for your car =)

I used some cheap Rubbermaid floormats in the Cobalt, the driver's side floormat is the only PITA mat because I had to trim it to fit the unique shapes. I thought about buying the Weathertech FloorLiner but it was $120 shipped just for the front pair.

You have to trim your floormats and make sure none of the pedals or your feet can get caught on them.

I don't see how GM can charge $50+ for their floormats. It's most likely $5 worth of Chinese rubber with GM licensed logos.

McNeill (Weathertech) is advertising heavily for their products but honestly it is way overpriced even though it is made in the US. I could understand $50 for a set of 4 Digital FloorLiners and maybe $30 for a set of their 4 heavy-duty mats, but $100 for 4 HD mats and $120 for the 2 front Floorliners is insane. I could buy a buttload of cheap floormats and keep switching them out every 2 years for the next several decades and still come up even. Just my 2 cents.

What?

All good, durable floor mats are expensive. Even the floor mats for the VW's are expensive.

It's probably still made in China from cheap rubber. I threw in a set of cheap Ford licensed floormats in the Crown Vic, I purchased them for like $16 from Wal-Mart over 6 years ago. They still look brand new. I had a set of cheap carpeted mats and my heel wore a hole within a year. As long as it is rubber and of decent thickness, it should be ok. I'd have to go through 4 of these Wal-Mart mats to break even with the McNeil/Weathertech HD floormats, or about 30 years worth of Wal-Mart mats.
