I was wondering, u know how some trucks got rubber or vinyl flooring, am i able to get that somewhere to fit my cobalt sedan? I hates when my carpets get dirty so this would be AWESOME if i could get vinyl flooring for my car and remove the carpet altogether

^^ u all didn't get what he asked i think, you mean the rubber floor mats that go up the sides a little?

i have the husky liners, $90 and they make a trunk mat as well. they work and fit great, and keep my carpets really quite clean and dry.

some people get the weathertech ones and yield similar results
http://www.ebay.com/itm/WeatherTech-...orLiner-2005-2 but probably better, as they cost 177 as seen here:

of course, check if its for coupe or sedan before getting them... hope that helps

YEA I havent seen the weathertechs in person, heres my take:

they dont look like they do up the sides enough, but they do look a little cleaner. my husky liners go up higher but they kinda bend their own way over time so like when you sling ur foot over the door sill inbetween the black plastic tirm and the edge of the mat theres a good inch of exposed area. could be solved by tucking the mat into the crack between the door sill and carpet or maybe some... carpet screws or something haha

if you must.. use this its the best undercoat out there(read description) imo.. but its not a good idea to do. you have to think about the heat coming from the motor. The carpet is there to act as a buffer and stop the heat from coming inside(as much as it can). My buddy wanted to do this with his jeep but most people told him the same thing. no a good idea..
I know what your talking about mostly in chevy trucks. the solid rubber mats that come from the factory no carpet. best option we have I think is the weather techs.
