Fog Lights

I have a base model G5 and I am looking into purchasing a G5 GT bumper and those have fog lights, the question is are the wires already in place on the base models for the fog lights? Like the wires going from the harness to the bulbs and for the switch in the car etc. If anyone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

More than likely you'll need to run your own wires.

I wouldn't think GM would have wires for fog lights on a car that didn't company factory with fog lights

i cannot speak for G5s, nor for all cobalts, but the LT model cobalts at least for 2006 have the wiring for the fog lamps.

you have to buy the holders, lamps, and the bezel that has the switch, but it's just plug and play.

of course, when new, it was far cheaper to just get the car with the lamps factory
