Fog Lights

Hey guys Im putting some headlights on my wifes car. im hard wiring it in and well I have a few options to do it. one being tap into day time running lights and the other would be to fuse box. but here in VA you cant pass inspection if the fog lights want turn off when the highs are turned on. so with that said is there a fog light fuse I can tap into so it turns off and on.

Is there a way you can tap it into the low beam wiring? The low beams turn off when the high beams are on.

could use the low beam wire to trigger one side of the relay, and use your fog light switch to trigger the other side of it. this way both your low beams and fog light switch need to be on for the fogs to come on, and when you turn the highs on itll shut the fogs off.
