Question Fog Lights getting hot?

My base cobalt didn't come with foglights, so I bought the SS bumper and buyHid's foglight kit and was wondering how hot the fog light gets. I cannot touch the projector without getting burnt. I know foglights run warmer then headlights but is your guys hot to the touch? im running normal halogen bulbs to.

Yes, they're gonna be very hot to the touch, especially considering how small the projector is.
