Thumbs up Follow Up to Polished my Calipers (Looks Awesome)

OK Put on your Glasses these Puppies Are Brite,, LOL

I am so Happy i did this I will post soon on How To ,,,But lets just say its worth it.
Next when im done with these calipers & rotors. I will be doing my supercharger.

Ok here are some Pics of the 1, I finished tonight .

AND Yes i Know they need 1 Last polish to get rid of the lil imperfections

It took me about 2 1/2 hours per Caliper ,, mainly do to me being new to this & all is the 1st time ever trying this. But there isnt anything you can't Learn or teach yourself.

Oh & having the money to buy the tools.

im going to do the same thing except im going to paint them and paint a corvette emblem or baer emblem on them lol.

I'm curious to see how long their shine lasts. The aluminum in that location will probably oxidize very quickly. Be sure to give us a follow up. I'm just gonna paint mine.

That looks really good . If you like the look , you should look into getting a clear powdercoat applied . After a couple times driving in the rain the shine will be pretty hazed over . Natural aluminum oxidizes really qwick . Something to think about man , powdercoating something like that would be pretty cheap .

In his other thread, he said that he was going to clear coat them.

Yeah the polish won't hold up long on its own but if he clearcoats them it will help. Mine went about 3 days before they started rusting
