Question Front licends plate holder, dam that thing!

I thought i was fiarily machenically inclined after fully restoring a 66' mustang but i cant figure out how to get the front licends plate hloder off of my 06 cobalt ls. I konow its not legal where i live (ca) to not have a front licends plate but half the people in my town dont have one so any help would be sweet.

Even worse than that...............In Canada we've got to have a front plate. So My dad decides to put one of those plastic covers over my front plate while I've gone on vacation to Mexico. I come back to find out there's a big giant spider web in front of my plate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He must have crawled up under the plastic plate!!!!!!!!!! Well I hosed him out but the plate has to go.

Just use a smaller bit and drill on the head of the rivet and just slowly use a bigger bit until it cuts the head off. Leaves holes maybe the size of a pencil or smaller.
