pa doesn't require a front plate. Mine doesn't have screws holding it in. I tried to feel the back to see if there were nuts, but didn't feel anything.

I just got two tickets in two days for my front license plate!! I'm going to be making some custom brackets that screw in underneath where the metal bumper is behind the front fascia and have it extent out to where it holds the license plate. this way it's removable and leaves no markings on the front bumper. I'll make a write up on it, shouldn't take more than a half an hour to make. I'm doing it sometime during the week. At the latest saturday.

Mine never came with the bracket installed but I think that they are rivets that you need to drill out to get the bracket off.

Mine is in the trunk. If I get pulled over for it I will just tell them that I am waiting for the bracket to come in. Oh wait, the bracket is in the trunk to. Oh well.

It is held on by three rivets that have to be drilled out. I did mine last week. Just make sure you don't pull on the bracket at all until you know the rivets are out. It will miss shape the hole and crack the paint.

read your law see what the law read's. in VA it tells you it has to be in the front of the car with 2 bolts so what you do is put 2 bolts and nut's on the plate and then mount it to your sun visor. it would be mounted in the front it does not say on your front bumper

just my idea
