Ok here's the problem! I'm searching since 1-2 hours for a plain upper grille like this...



I was wondering where I can find one of this grille because it's sick! If there's no place where I can get one is it because these grille is made from the bumper directly with some mesh grille in the hole and if it's the case how can I make on of these with this good looking finish?!

 

Buy a g5 bumper.

 

I do have a G5 look in my profil pictures and the hole that the bumper creates is way to big to look good :/ I tryed once and it was horrible -_-

 

The only way to do it is make it custom.

 

Damn... and is there a way that I can make an outline to the bumper so that the hole gets smaller?! With something in plastic I can paint or rubber?! I don't know...

 

I've never seen anyone do that

 

use the chrome outline of the ltz without the actual grill in it and just like bondo it or whatever into the bumper.

the chrome part of this. I would just cut the bumper bar going across and move it up some more. Would have to custom fabricate some extension the the bar going across so that it would reach both sides but imo it wouldnt be that hard. Just sand down the part where the chevy emblem goes too.

 

Ohh! I see thx and yeah I'll try this hopping it will work and get a good result but it sucks that there's nowhere to get those grille insert already made cause it looks amazing imo!

Looks like the lower SS/TC grille upside down might work. I'm guessing tho

 

well not sure cause it will be hard to snap the plastic parts on it

Is this your grille? I have this same one and have been trying to figure out how to take it off but i can't figure it out. I dunno if i have to take off the whole bumper or not. could you PM me or reply? I don't want to take over this thread or anything. Thanks a lot
