???Gage Cluster Surround???

I know this isn't where to post ?'s and I'm sure this'll be moved and all. But I want to know how to remove/install the Gage Cluster Surround. I want to paint it to match the rest of my trim. Any help would be awsome. Thanks.

there are 2 phillips head screws in the top of it....put the steering wheel down and look up. they are there. once you get them out the are 2 snap clips things under the driver info trim and the dimmer/fog light trim. pull those trim pieces off and pull and twist and curse it sucks but it will come out most ikely the easiest way is rotate toward the turn signal
