The gauge setup (Complete) *Pics*

Well, haven't posted in a while so I figured I would update you all with my interior mods. With a little work, I finally got the Uego in the pillar pod. What do you guys think?

take a large drillbit and countersink that screw a little bit so it sits flush. I did that and it looks far better.

gauges look great.

Is that a custom made dual pod for those interceptors, or does someone sell that? If so, hook me up with the link!

Ok, I'm done. Gauges look good. Question, What's the point of two interceptors? Just curious..

^^ more convienient than a watching a open laptop scanner and watching 4 parameters at once is better than 2 . I jus have one and get tired sometimes scrolling thru the main few things I watch on a reg basis . Id love to add another one .

Nice looking setup you have there. I want you dual cluster pod setup really bad. I guess I'll have to wait for Lotek still though. I could custom fab one like you did, but I have other projects I need to work on first! Great job.

the 2 interceptors are plugged into each other. a single interceptor monitors a **** load of different things...if he has the dual one, it will display 2 different things on the same screen...

he can have 1 set up to read one setting..and another to read another..or have one monitor 1 specific thing, and the other randomly view other things...

the guages are amazing with what they can do.

RPM speed, MPH, HP, etc.

The Uego was a bit difficult to install simply because the outer removalable ring is so large. I had to dremel in the groove on the pillar even further to accomodate it. I think it was Allshot that gave me that helpful info.

As for the fugly looking screw at the top of the pillar, that's the next mod on the list. Just like an0malous said, I'm gonna countersink it about an 1/8" further and swipe a small amount of bondo over the top. I may look into just painted the screw to match just for de-install purposes for maintainence in that area.

The reason I have the dual interceptors is to monitor IAT1 and IAT2 on the gauge to my left. The interceptor on the right is for pulse-width and knock. I basically use the gauge on the right to monitor everything. I leave the intake temperatures up 100% of the time I am driving.

As for the interceptor gauge pod, thats the custom one my buddy and I fabbed up. I'm pretty sure mostly everyone knows that by now. This setup is so badass at night. The best part is that the boost and uego gauges are not very bright which makes it very easy to see out of my windows. I have seen boost gauges that light up the entire car like the blue-backed ones. The boost gauges I used is the Autometer Sport Comp. If anyone wants me to post some night pics, let me know.

I will try and get back to this post before next weekend. You guys know how two jobs and school goes though. Not to mention the girlfriend.
