If they own their own house they should have personal liability insurance attached. So they should be able to pay it out still. I know my house insurance automatically proved me with 2,000,000 liability insurance if I **** other people's lives up no matter where I am or what I'm doing. As long as its not on purpose.

Who doesn't. I had my learners license when I was 14 and was driving legally on the road too... Moving a car at 15 is NBD

report to police there home owners insurance might cover it otherwise take them to court and or let your car insurance provider take them to court. most car insurance providers love to go after other people on your behalf if it means they wont have to pay to repair you stuff.

Have it repaired and then take them to small claims court, simple as that. They knew the risks of no insurance.

seriously? here you gotta be 16 to get your learners permit ( driving with a fully licensed person) I'm sorry but for 95% of the population, 14 is WAY to yongue to be driving on public roads... but then again, 95% drivers shouldn't even be allowed to own a license so who am I to judge

If a FIFTHTEEN year old cant simply move a car, they are not ready for their license when they turn 16.
