so will the small bubbles go away or? most seems like moisture

Any moisture will go away, it usually takes 3 to 5 days for it to dry, sometimes alot longer depending on film type and temperatures. Moisture usually just looks like streaks at first then it will start to puddle up and eventually look like black splotches or bubble before they completly go away. If the spots are white, then you may have a problem, but i would just let it dry and don't worry to much. Looks good, but tintin the windshield is usually a bad idea.
