Got new headlights

I know alot of people get these, but im proud of them. They make the car look so much better.

Sorry for the bad cell phone pics. I'll have ones with the camera up tomorrow.

i love gen 1's.

I personally hate the halo's and leds. I just discconnected them and run HIDS now.

I dont have any of these light. From what I take, from info on the company that make them, the projector lens can't handle the heat from an hid? is this TRUE OR FALSE?

from what I could comprehend from you post....

Yes the projector and the lens can handle the heat from HID's. I've been running my HID's for almost a year now with no issues at all.

regular halogen (stock) bulb runs about 55 watt

HID's run about 35 watts

You have more damage going stock than HID bulb

Im not sure yet. The brights on these are already insane. Very Bright.

i would recomend the ccfl conversion in the how to section for those halos my buddy came home from college with gen 1's on he got a little jealous when he saw how much brighter my 2nd gens were ccfl halo pic in thread below sig

It's not true. You can run whatever temp you like, the projectors will hold up. When I got my projectors though, there were little stickers on them saying "NO HID". But I've been running my 10K kit for almost a year now, no issues.

Im going to get neons for the outside, but havent thought too much about the inside, think yellow would look good?

They just change the entire look of the front. I didnt think they would look as good on my car as they did.

ehh ive never been a fan of yellow u/g but its a yellow car kinda limited on color option either blue, yellow, or red and rock the mcdonalds cobalt
