Talking Got New Headlights

Not on my car yet, just got them a few minutes ago. What do y'all think?

Also, I can't decide what kind of HID set up I want to do. HID's in the headlights AND fogs, just the headlights, or just the fogs? Also, what intensity? Can anyone with HID's in their fogs post up pics? I just want to see what the different intensities look like before I really make a decision. Thanks in advance!

sorry for bad pics, but i didnt have any so i had to take spme here at work. but it gives you kinda an idea.

And I dont know if it happens with anyone else, but i've had bluish HID's on these headlights for quite some time now and it's started to give them a greenish tint.

i gotta admit, I'm liking the deep blue of the 6k. The 8k looks a little too white for me. But do you think the 6k would be too blue for the halos? They're ccfl halo's btw

Actually quite the opposite, 8k has a bluer tint. Those Halo's tend to be pretty dark so i would say your good to go. Just remember, the higher the temp the bluer they are, and the less usable light. So it will be much harder to see.

ah, I seemed to have misread. reading > me

I believe then what I meant to say is that I like the 12k from the fogs. But isn't that too high of a temp for headlights?

okay. so anyone know what the bulb size are for these puppies? And I think I'm gonna stick to 12k's for the fogs. And probably 6k or 8k for the top.

I think they are H7's? don't quote me on that. You can always look on the bulb when you get them though. I think I want to get rid of my H11 12k bulbs if your interested.

here's a link for some pics of 6k wish i had better night shots for ya. i like the 6k though got that blue color and has fairly good output. I think come summer i might be doing 12k just to be off the wall lol. DDM bulbs are only 20 for the pair so why not????

bump, just installed them yesterday. I need to aim them, but I'm not sure how. On my gen 1's it was as simple as turning a bolt. But I don't see anything like that on these. Anybody have a little info?

anybody though have a how-to about aiming these gen 2's? I know how to aim in general, but there's no obvious way to adjust the projectors in these headlights.
