grille removal
no need to remove bumper: take out the top tabs that hold it on, pull up and reach down to remove the nuts that hold the bowtie on. if I remember right there are a few tabs on the center bar that you'll have to deal with, and then once it's free you can pull it out form the top
theres also two plastic screws, one on each side, right next to the headlights. you can get to them without taking the lights out but taking them out makes it soooo much easier overall, not just for those screws. you can take them out with your hand. i did it with a friend and we had them switched out in about 5min. taking the headlights out will help though..
no, screws that have to come out...theyre part of the grill.
take off the headlights, look inside. you'll see

removing grille pins
How the f*ck am I supposted to remove these stupid plastics pins that hold the grill in place? i've tried needle nose pliers, a flat head screw driver and even vice grips but I cant get em off....
If you're talking about the push-pin/clips along the top edge on the upper radiator support, you have to use a small screwdriver and lift the center of the pins then you can remove the clips. There should be 4 or 5 of them. I didn't have any screws anywhere holding my grille in. Just the tabs along the sides, bottom and crossbar and you have to remove the bow tie emblem
