Yeah i worked at UPS its not pretty sometimes.....when we get jammed belts alot of boxes just become stepping stones to get to the jam.....

 

Hey zach I found that eggshell clearcoat. It's at www.autotrimdesign.com. It 34 bucks tho. I checked eBay and they don't have them I bought that spray can holder too but didn't like the feel of it. But it works.

Yeah it is but I can't find it anywhere else. Not even duplicolor. Btw mine is starting to chip a lilttle by where the upper grilles ttouch the bar so that's why I'm gonna buy it. I've bought from them before cuz they have good paints and their clearcoats are way better than duplicolor.

 

I have on question though.

The upper grill is connected like lil clamps?

And what are the 4 lil clips that come with grills? What are they used for?

 

d00d ! I ordered mine yesterday I cant wait , I just got my 2.4 fascia today and havent put it on yet.

BTW looks like your lucky you eben got yours becuase the way that big slit is in the side it looks like someone opened your box to see if anything good was inside..... I know guys at UPS who try to sell ATnT phones all the time because they steal em from the mail. They are douches. I also think there is a law with tampering with someones mail .... I would call UPS bitch up a storm till I got something out of the deal lol anyways have fun wit cha grill!

 

i was gonna paint mine too..... but it looks black from a few feet away u can only tell when ur close.... i might end up still painting it black,, lets see the pics when u install..

4 clips? For the upper grille? What do they look like cuz I don't remember getting clips forthe upper. I just looked at my grille and don't see any clips. Only the lower. The upper bumper has slots where you push in the grille then it snaps tight. That's it. Post a pic

 

And why are you teasing us with a grille, like its some big mod? Oh well i guess its working cause i wanna see the finished product.

I guess they for the lower grill? That's what the description says.

 

the clips are used on the tabs of the lower grille to lock it onto the bumper, otherwise it WILL fall off

damn u guys went to alot of trouble...lol i just took the stock number off one we have here went to parts got it a few days later and snip snap easy...i didnt get any clips at all i just installed it and never had a problem with mine at all

 

My G5 came with no metals clips on the stock grill. Also didn't use the metal clips on the TC lower grill either lol.

 

Not bad, same old thing though. But holly **** 10 thumbs down on the delivery. surprised that it isnt all broken

 

When I installed my lower TC grill, i pushed it in from the front, heard a few clicks and it was firmly in there, been in for about 4-5 months and haven't had a problem yet. Just got my upper TC grill and will be putting it on sunday or monday

 

So I really don't need the clamps. Cuz I put my grill in there to take a pic, and its a perfect fit.

Nope. The stock TC grill is like a grayish color. You can't tell from the pic. SO I painted the grill black
