Anyone ever try going with a gunmetal look on the SS/TC wheels?

 

I wish they came stock gunmetal. They're still nice with the stock finish though. I wanna see some powdercoated gunmetal ones.

 

i was... but then i went gunmetal with gold flake. its actually bronze.

 

I'll try and get a shot from further away. Too bad it only lasts until it rains or I was my car

 

I like the gunmetal look on those, just think they look better.

 

I'll post up a pic when mine come back from powdercoat. I'm getting them powdercoated anthracite right now. More of a dark gunmetal, but it has lots of metallic flake in it, should look pretty good. Should look something close to this, which I think is sexy.

Hey TommyP2010 who's doing your powdercoating and how much is it running you, if you don't mind me asking? I'm looking at a set of Enkei PF-01's and I like the wheels, but want more of the finish that's stock on the 07 SS wheels...Kinda like a gunmetal finish.

 

I have my stockers painted gunmetal with a thin sport red tintcoat pinstripe. I can post a pic later tonight or tomorrow.

 

12 cans of spray paint and an afternoon, you can clean that up really nice....... I did.
