Hey all, I just bought some 12 k H.I.D's from 3bspec. in all the pictures I've got the lights look blue, the ones online for the 12 k's look purple. That's besides the point, when I start my car, sometimes only the driver side light comes on. 3bspec has stopped responding to my emails so I'm wondering if anyone here would know why only one light would come on?

did you connect both harnesses to both light sockets?

 

Did they both work before?

Check fuses. Check connections. Swap bulbs from side to side.

 

sorry mods. yeah I foudn the issue, one bulb was bad.

 

3bSpec will return your emails. Just give it some time, im sure they will give you a new bulb.
