has anyone done this before?
ok so tomorrow i am painting my rims black 
but i was thinking about makeing a red lip. not the lip that ppl leave chrome. thats to much. i was thiking about doing a light one just around the edge, probably about a 1/4 inch thick. i heard that ppl have used vinal for this idea before. anyone hear of this or done this or have pics of there red lips? it ouwld help me out alot!
